Chest #2:  Bench Press

Muscles Worked: Pectoralis Triceps, Anterior Deltoid 

Lie face up on your bench with both feet flat on the floor for stability. Start with holding dumbbells at chest level and palms facing toward your legs [A].

3 sets of 10 reps bench press :Estimated calories burned:  90-100. Average calories in the following: 3 oz. brisket lean + marbling:  2505 oz. apple Danish:  450½-cup beans: green/snap/string: 201 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce:  15

Take a deep breath and while exhaling extend your arms vertically while rotating the forearms on the way up so that the palms face each other at the top of the movement [B].

Inhale and return to the starting position.  That’s one rep.

Repetitions: 3 sets of 10 reps.
